Royal Enfield — Cheated by the service centre. Bike issue unsolved

My bike was facing a small problem with the side stand issue sensor, sometimes and so i had gone for the bikes service on the 4th november, 2021 and informed the service manager MR.Koka, royal enfield, siliguri distributors about the matter. i also informed him that i cannot come repeatedly for small issues, since my place is around 82kms from service centre and the road condition is extremely bad.
i got the delivery of the bike after service in the evening time and Mr. Koka ensured that the problem was solved. i returned and had still not used the side stand but again the problem reappeared on the very next day, 5th, November, 2021. i immediately informed the royalenfied support (case ID: CAS[protected]T8D6K9) and got a call back from Mr.Subramanium (chennai). He asked me bring the bike to the service center, so that he sees the problem himself. I informed him that I cannot go the service centre then because it is very far and I being a service holder cannot get holidays without prior notice, He politely asked me to save his personal number and call him whenever I visit the service center but said that he will have to close the complaint within 24hours, so he will close the complain though it will be solved later. i agreed.
i had to face the issue rarely so i took out time, fearing lockdown and visited the siliguri distributors service centre again on the 10th of January, 2022 for the same issue. The bike was agreed to be delivered by 12 noon. i went out for lunch and went to the service at around 3pm, and to my amazement the problem was not yet detected. i showed them how it appears and then they asked me to change the side stand and the sensor and my problem will be solved. i agreed but it didnt work. Now the bike even stopped to move the moment the bike was put on gear and the engine started stalling. They took time and tried but was not able to solve the issue till 9PM. Now by that time i was left with no other option but to stay in a hotel. My whole day, time was lost but hoped the bike would get fixed the next day.
The next day as well they were not able to solve the problem, and the whole day i was in the service centre, further wasting my time. They were yet not able to solve the problem till 7;00PM. I feared that i will not get my taxi back home, so requested Mr. Koka (service head) to kindly drop my vehicle to kalimpong after its fixed. They hesitated to do first but later after I made them realise that its royal enfield promise to deliver the bike if the service is not able to give the bike on the scheduled time which was two days ago.
on recieving no information from the service center i again raised a complaint in royalenfied support (ID- CAS[protected]V8C6B6) on the 12th jan, 2022 evening, as i needed my bike on a daily basis. I finally felt relieved after I got the message on the 14th jan, 2022 that by bike was ready for deliver. i immediately called them to deliver as soon as possible and they delivered it today, that is 16th of Jan, 2022, in the hands of two mechanic. They assured me that my problem was solved and hurriedly returned. i believed them and didnt even test ride it once.
After they returned I realised that there is a huge scratch on the front fender and immediately called the mechanic who had delivered the vehicle. He said that he had also informed the service head Mr. Koka about the matter a night before delivery. I immediately called Mr.Koka to inform and he said he will talk about it the next day. I thought its better to also complain in customer support (ID: CAS[protected]N5X8F8).
i wanted to wash my bike because it was too dirty so i went to the washing place. when I first put on the ignition i could feel my bike was no longer the same smooth engine that I had given to them. The fuel indicator was blinking so i self consoled that it may be due to low fuel as the bike was shutting down. i put some fuel and after that also it was the same. Now, I realized that the engine is making a rattling sound after shifting to gear no 2, or three and was not al all stable. I immediately realised that the engine is roughly handled, maybe they were angry when I asked them to deliver. I could hardly bring it back home because it was now running on a hiccup mode. I am feeling helpless and really bad. Now the bike in not in the condition to even travel 80kms on its own due to hiccup mode. The acceleration had become terrible.
Please help me. I desperately need your help.
