Royal Enfield — Classic 350 stealth black BS 6/About not being satisfied with the service of the bike. | |||
Hi, this is Hitesh. It is stated that I have purchased a Royal Enfield classic 350 BS 6 bike in January 2021. The bike was running well before service. The FIRST service of the bike is done on 555 km dated 2.3.2021. Today (6.3.2021), the bike started having problems. I feel a noise and stopping of engine in running then I visit Royal Enfield service station Kurukshetra. The technician told me these problems are inhabited, but you have to run bike 100, 200 kilometres more to get a loud voice. When there will be loud sound, we will change it but now we will not change this pump. After consulting another technician, they have changed the fuel pump. You stay relaxed and go home. After 20 mins the engine was shutting down and getting another noise that was coming from the head of the bike. I complained to the technician for this problem to Kurukshetra service station. They have told me to come on Monday. My problem should be solved at one time so that I can concentrate on my studies and not on the circle of machinic. I am not satisfied with the service that I provide me at service station Kurukshetra. I am not free and I have not enough time to visit again and again in Royal Enfield service station Kurukshetra.
