I purchased classic 350 stealth black on 10th of august.from the delivery day my speedo meter is not working properly then they said ki we'll change the meter asap but it takes more then three months ti change and then they realised that the wire of speedo meter is not working and i am facing some problems from the 3rd day after delivering of my classic 350 which is engine sound, disc sound, gear problem, missing in biking while driving on highway.today they said their is problem in your engine head so you have to pay some amount.i asked them them for which part i have to pay.they people are saying their is some job work which is done by outside of service centre ( khraad ka kaam hoga aapke isme to aapko pay krna pdega ) my concern is that ki what does mean of above line that " aapke isme khraad ka kaam hoga" in my way it means as i'm a technical person, it means that they will refurbish my old part.and not going to change when i said no and i'll make a complain fir this then with in 2 seconds they changed that sir you don't have to pay anything.they people thinks that they are very clever.they people came and said that you have to sign on this paper i.e ( coustmor satisfaction form ) that you don't want to resolve your problem from us without mentioning that they asked me to pay.i said i'll sign first write on this that you said you have to pay fir that " khrad ka kaam ".
Its been 4 months with RE but i'm not Happy with service and all worst service.even they people didn't reply for my complain which i made in email and all the managers and showroom owner all the peoples are in cc
Now thats enough from my side now m going to file a consumer court case against company and the showroom.
