Royal Enfield — COMPANY ENGINE PROBLEM | |||
On 14/02/2014 I've purchased brand new ROYAL ENFIELD THUNDER BIRD 350 CC bike in Cash from the N.P AUTO local dealer in GANDHIDHAM- Kutch, Gujart From the very 1st week me & company dealer found the error of irritating engine noice. Till date I've put my bike to the dealer's point more than 7 times for the same repeated problem. Attached job card clearly state that " REPEATED PROBLEM OF ENGINE NOICE SINCE PURCHASE OF BIKE. 6 TIMES ALREDY REPAIRED ( STILL NOT RESOLVED ) Every time company dealer & representative commit that this noice will not be repeated in the future & every time they found the same noice again & again. It seem that company is not keen to resolve the same repeated problem. Company every time send the new employee for this repeated problem & I've given the time to each & every new person. Every time they took my bike for almost 20 to 25 days to resolve the problem but the result is zero till date. Now I'm totally fade up & ruined my charm for riding this bike.
