Hi. Iam Crosswin Rafael Living In Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. I Bought A Himalayan 2021 Variant On 01.12.21 In Charles Motors-Royal Enfield Showroom, Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. I've Got a complaint in Engine Chain Tensioner at only 300km Driven. i went to the showroom and told them about the issue regarding the noise coming out from the engine. They Didn't took my bike for service on just seeing the noise they told i has to adjusted at 10000km so they gave me my bike. After That I checked the noise with my friend's bike. he also bought the himalayan 2021 variant from the same showroom so i checked at his vehicle the engine was smooth for his bike and no complaints he faced in the engine. so after driving 3000km i went again to the service station charles motors they checked and they told there was a complaint in chain tensioner so i asked them to replace it. I even asked them how a new bike can face issues in engine side and they replied manufacturing issues. After 1 week My Bike has been serviced and got ready after taking the bike and it remaining perfect for only 1 week after a week i've faced the same issue again and i went to the showroom service station and complained it they then told again we'll replace both the chain tensioner and something i couldnt remember. i told them if there's again the same poblem repeated i need a replacement of my bike. again after 2 weeks my bike got fixed everything and i went to pickup my bike at the service station and he told me not to drive above 70km/h speed because of the replacement of the engine parts and i agreed with them and drove my bike 1800km only at 60 to 70km/h speed. And Again the same problem engine noise from the engine side has came. How Can the Showroom deliver a defective manufactured bike to the customers. I Need a total Replacement OF MY Bike kindly do the helpful Regarding This. Thank YOU.
