Dear Sir / Madan,
I had booked Royal Enfield on 17-Feb-2022 as per the attached document.
I had informed that I have to go to UAE by Mar 24 and delivery shall be ensured at least 10days prior to that. It was agreed but they couldn't meet the delivery date. Only on Mar 22, just two days before my traveling date they informed one vehicle is available but I've told to ensure the delivery upon my next leave which will be on Jun 1. It was agreed and I was doing the follow up with the agent's representative in whatsapp and through mobile calls. Every time it was assured that I will get the vehicle on time.
But when I put a message yesterday to send me the payment link and to arrange the vehicle on Jun 1, the answer I got is surprising. They don't have a vehicle in the yard.
I have major concern that whether I'll get the vehicle on Jun 1 or not.
If I am not getting the vehicle on the said date, I've to cancel the booking from this agent and should be refunded.
Your appropriate action in this regard will be appreciated.
Just now I received one reply email from the support team which says that delivery will be in the 2nf week of June., which is quite disappointing.
