Royal Enfield — Continuous Stopping Problem and Engine Check issue

I buyed my Classic 350 BS 6 engine on 11 June 2021 from Garg Autos Sector 32 Chandigarh and after complete one month / 500 KMS, I went to the service station in industrial area Chandigarh for my 1st service. Till that time, I got stopping issue twice or thrice but I ignored it because I thought since my bike is new so this happens when a new engine comes in a running form. This issue continuous to arise after my service and it has become a daily problem in traffic, on light point it automatically stops and I was so frustrated that on September 15 2021, it stopped once for all and didn't started, so I need to call for on road assistance then need to take it to service center where they changed all the sockets plugged in the tool kit area. Now, for some days the bike runned fine but till today I am facing the same issue of stopping and today, you won't believe it that the engine power goes off while driving on a highway and I am lucky that in the middle of the road it automatically stopped and I wasn't hit by any vehicles coming from my back. The engine check sign comes on and I tried to start the bike but all in vain then I waited for some time for the bike to get cooled down and tried again to start it. This time is started on ignition but the engine check is still ON and not going. I am fed up with the Royal Enfield now, I want a final resolution to this issue. Either, they will replace my model or give me back the money I spent on it at the time of purchase because this bike is worthless now and In just 4 months after buying it, these many problems arising is not a good sign for a company like Royal Enfield.
I request you to please look into my issue and take strict action against the company for selling the consumer a faulty bike which is giving trouble only and no comfort of riding.
I also want that the company should either compensate all the expenses and money spent at the time of purchasing the bike by me and the harassment done to me due to this faulty piece of bike or replace the bike and give me the bike in which I will not face such issues.
I am in a deep regret now to choose Royal Enfield for a bike since it was my damn favourite bike company of all times. I purchased my 1st Bullet 350 Electra from Royal Enfield and had it for almost 10 years and loved that bike a lot and this was my 2nd bike which I purchased but I never thought that after purchasing this bike, I will regret on my decision of buying it with so many technical issues in it.

I need replacement or compensation for the loss / money given for this pathetic bike ever with no comfort only problems and problems.

I received a call from your service center chandigarh regarding my issue and I told them everything in detail about the problem I am facing. The lady who called told me that she will call at the road assistance and will arrange a technician visit whereas I told her that they will not come because it has already been told to me that if the bike is started now, then I have to take it to the service station whereas I told them clearly that I will not go anywhere and you people will have to resolve this at your end. But she still said that she will talk to them for the same and arrange the visit.

Now, I received another call from a lady from the road assistance asking me about the complete issue and I told the same story again the way I did when I received the call from service center Chandigarh. But she said that she cannot send any body or provide any assistance in this case because the bike is started now and I have to take it to the service station for which I told her that I will not go anywhere as I am fed up with Royal Enfield and its services and disconnected the call after confirming from her that is she gonna help or not then she said in this scenario she can't.

I am again mentioning the same thing to you all that if you can't resolve my issue then please escalate it to your higher management or else let me know their contact details so that I can speak with them or email them about my problem related to the bike.

Let me clear it to you all that in any case I will not go anywhere for the same and I want a replacement of this third class bike you have given to me with a hell lot of problems in just 4 months of buying or return my money I wasted for this piece of ###.

It's a humble request to you to take quick action against the issue or else I have to move to court for selling my faulty bike.

This is a complete disaster and I will not take it any more now. Nobody is least bothered about it.

Do not call me until you have permanent resolution to my issue.
