I purchased a Royal Enfield this year on September. They gave me an option to receive the bike early by ordering Military Green color. During ordering i confirmed on the color on document and they confirmed its green. as there was delay on delivery, they said the kit is sent from company and there is a delay. On arrival of bike i noticed it was painted and when i asked they said its one year warranty for painting. They charged me 20 K extra for the color. After few days i noticed that there was color coming off few parts on complaining they said during 1st service i will get it done. As a bad experience on my 1st enfield service in CVS never gave there and instead opted Yelahanka. Service was good but the side sticker was pealed of during wash and removed some paint. On complaining they said please give the bike to CVS service. 2nd service i gave to CVS and they never changed my view to their service center. Nothing was done properly and even chain guard was broken. after complaining several times I have not heard from anyone. Also the painting is still pending. During delivery few parts where not given.
