Royal Enfield — dealer poor performance reporting | |||
Dear team, This is ansar from kerala calicut district vadakara, unfortunately its my second time to write to great brand royal enfield the reason why iam write you that recently i bought brand new royal enfield classic and while the day iam using the machine iam facing the problem is missing while riding and even its in idle mode also, what happened to to the quality that maintained by royal enfield ever. i purchased the machine via your dealer (Grace motors vadakara) in this span of time i just drived only 1350kms only in that time i visited to the dealer around 5 times still they cant able to find the source of missing i think they don't having specialized team to rectify the mistake and each time they collected money by saying that we changed that we changed this and some times they collect money by saying on the name of consumables even though the complaint not yet solved and i directly consulted with the service manager he also do the same routine things by saying that this is our limit they cant do more so in this situation i have only one final destination that is the manufacturer so i kindly request you to fix me the complaint of my machine asp.
