On 8/8/2022 I taken delivery of my brand new Himalayan Scram 411 from your Royal Enfield Tirur Showroom ABC Motors Chassis No: ME3D4B5F1NF000185 Engine No: D4A5F1NF185312, In the pre-inspection Before taking delivery we noticed that the rear Tyre have Trough cut on the
thread side and we shown the same to the showroom team, After discussion with service team they agreed to replace the defect tyre with a new one with in one day, With that agreed term I taken the delivery of from Showroom at 5pm, on the way to home from showroom bike got breakdown in middle of the road at 10pm, We tried to contact the Showroom team for assistance but they didn't responded properly and didn't provided required support, I also to contact the RSA team but they kept my phone on hold for 15 mints and then call got disconnected in between, Latter I personally arranged a towing vehicle by my self and taken the bike to my home
I strongly believe that Royal Enfield dealer ABC motors delivered me a bike which have a serious manufacturing defect or the Showroom service team not done the proper PDI before delivering the bike to me
I still believe that Royal Enfield will value their customer and take initiative to resolve the customer problems and protect the company Goodwill Was this information helpful? |
