Hi,
I would like to make a formal complaint against the defective motorcycle I recently bought from one of the RE showroom. It's been only four and a half months I bought my RE Electra 350 5S and it's giving me a lot of trouble. Since day one, it produces a humming noise. After taking it to dealer and service centre I was told that this noise comes from taped but there is no way that I can get rid of this noise. After taking the bike for two services this problem still persists, then in 3rd month I had to refill the front left shock absorber and in 4th month front right shock absorber is leaked and now speedo meter has stopped working.
Isn't it alarming that a motorcycle which has been purchased 4 and a half months ago is asking for replacement of parts every other month?
Why would a customer like to keep the defective merchandise after spending Rs.1, 30, 800/-
Please help me to resolve this problem by replacing this motorcycle or with refund of my money as I do not have any wish to keep the defective merchandise after spending a lot of money.
If I will not get resolution from RE then I would proceed to file a case against RE.
