I bought the Thunderbird 350 in the month of September 2014. Ever since day 1 the meter buttons and the meter itself has been a problem. I complained about it and got it changed in 2015, yet the meter buttons continued to give me problems. I informed the authorities but they didn't change the same. I didn't complain again as at least with lot of push it used to work. Now it does not work at all. One of its premier features, the hazard light didn't work especially on a rainy day, when it needed it the most. I have to keep going to the service center in Okhla to get it done, and most of the time the parts are not available. On the 27th I took my bike for its scheduled servicing, and told them about the fuel gauge issue, which I had paid and got changed last time. I told them that it was a manufacturing defect and thus I don't need to pay, but they insisted that such a small part is not covered by the company. It is not working again, and this time it does not show me that the bike has gone into reserve. I have requested to change it but once again the part is not available. I have to keep going to the service and wait for hours to get a small part fixed. Need a solution to this. Was this information helpful? |
