Royal Enfield — Delay in Delivery of Vehicle booked on 12.03.2021 | |||
We have booked the Royal Enfield classic 350 pure black from Shree rajpurohit automobiles Royal Enfield, Jodhpur, Dealer with receipt number 30151 amount 10000/- dated 12.03.21 forcefully asking to purchase the accessories along with the vehicle which is not a written condition anywhere. Also, it has been 4 months that dealer is asking to pay the additional amount for accessories otherwise will not provide the vehicle which is against the consumer rights. We request your good office to kindly intervene and resolve the issue otherwise I have to take legal action against the dealer and automobile brand. And we hope for early resolution on the same with the positive reply.
