Royal Enfield — Delayed delivery of Himalayan

This is regarding an delayed delivery ofHimalayan booked 11 Nov 2020

Booking reference number: BKG006182CD00476
Dealer : Bullmen motors, Trichy road, Coimbatore

Tentative delivery date is confirmed as 10 Jan 2021. I contacted many times the dealer about the status for which there is absolutely no clear response. Every time I get fake promises . When I followed up on Dec I have been updated that bike will be delivered within end of Dec’20. When I followed up on Jan 2021, Latest I got the update that 2021 model will be delivered with an hike in price. Completely false information as we all know 2021 model is not even launched.

Need immediate action to resolve this grievance. As a company Royal Enfield must take immediate action to secure its customer loyalty
