I booked ' HUNTER 350 DAPPER GREY' on 3/9/2022 from Royal Enfield, St Marys Thiruvalla(Kerala). The Salesman and manager assured the expected delivery of the bike within 20 days. However, they failed to do so. Now they are not even giving a clear picture of the delivery date. They even encouraged me to cancel my booking when I asked them about the same. We are not new to the RE Family as I am still keeping my grandfather's 1984 deluxe as good as new. That was the reason why we blindly choose RE again without any doubt. The response from the Sales team of RE is hurting. So I would expect a gentlemanly reply and compensation from your customer care team. And please do give a clear idea about the expected delivery date of my bike. Please find the attached booking receipt voucher.
