My new Royal Enfield Meteor-350 (KL03-AG-XXXX) met with a minor accident and its headlight and speedometer got damaged, I approached Royal Enfield Showroom - Yamuna Agencies, No 158/6 Peringanad, Adoor, Kerala 691523, India on October 17, 2022 and still they couldn’t address the issue properly. I never experience such an irresponsible customer service ever in life, waited for a week to get clearance from insurance agency, again waiting such a long time to get the parts for replacement, estimated time by showroom is one month. I never expect this kind of a misbehavior and disgusting negligence from a premium brand like Royal Enfield, means for minor part change, I have to keep my vehicle out of service for more than a month, still they are not assuring the date. I owned several vehicles and for the first time I experienced to pay the amount directly to service center, and as per Royal Enfield Showroom - Yamuna Agencies insurance amount will credit to my account; for other vehicle brands, the insurance amount is dealing by the service center and for the customer the insurance claimed service shall be cashless.
