Royal Enfield — Delayed Services of Bike | |||||
I would like to inform that I have booked Royal Enfield Meteor 350 SuperNova Blue at 10 December 2020 and it's 15 February 2021 now till date I have not received the delivery. I was promised by the dealer to get delivery till 15 January. My father is getting transferred and we will be relocating from Rajasthan to Telangana this February last week. We wanted to purchase this bike before relocating to Telangana as we wanted to avail the LTC encashment facility for Central Government Employees which is valid till 31 March 2021 only. But now the dealers have denied that they would be able to get the bike by February last week also. This is very disappointing even after a long wait also if you don't get anything. Pathetic services. Even after paying a huge amount and waiting for a long time as well the services are not satisfactory. Totally disappointed. Worst Services ever.
