Royal Enfield — Delivery delayed

I have booked my Meteor 350 pure black in the month of June ( Booking ID BKG007654DE00087),
while booking I got the delivery date as 9 th September, but when I called customer care there is no proper response and they say still the production of the vehicle has not started. They can't give me proper delivery date also. This is not the kind of response I expect from such a great Brand. Even after 3 months of booking if you can't give the deliver date this is not a proper customer service.
