Royal Enfield — Electra Es-x/ Carburetor complaint

Sir,
I brought my royal Enfield Electra Es-x from kaizen motors vytila Kerala 2 years and 10 months ago...From last few months onwards it's carbourator showing stucking issue
.I had complainted and brought to service immediately but they said that they have no stock of bs4 carburator now.So i waited since 2 months ..every time when I call them they say that spare is not available...on last day I enquired over phone and they agree to replace today and spare is available...just before they informed the spare with them was damaged and again wait for 2 weeks ...They dismantled the old carburator and I coudnt take my vehicle back.
Consider this as a very serious issue and reply me soon ..please take action against.M/s kaizen motors vytila, kochi, Kerala, India...
