Royal Enfield — Engine heat is too much and petrol tank also getting heated

I have purchased the vehicle 3 months back but it has multiple problems like
1. Speedometer reading is not proper as it showing 20/30 km/he even the vehicle is in nutral
2. Just for 10 to 15 min drive entire engine and area is getting too much heat and petrol tank is also heating

Looks like I am having fear o[censored]sing vehicle if it impact life. ।
