Royal Enfield — Faulty meter on thunderbird 350 | |||||
Hello, I have a thunderbird 350 it has just completed a year in may 2015. I had digital meter issue before bike completed a year and also informed the dealer regarding the same. They said they dont have meters in stock. So i emailed Royal enfield customer care service email id. They gave me a contact number after a week and several emails to whom i contacted he said they will get meter in two weeks but it is been a month now and there is no communication from Royal enfield also they are not replying to my emails also. Update: It has been 8 months now and no one is responding to my complain from royal enfield. Was this information helpful? | |||||
