Royal Enfield — Faulty motorbike supplied by royal enfield | |||
Within 10 days after the repair work done in DHONE Service center the Gear shift lever has been found completely broken. ( See Pic attached ) Is this is the quality supplied by Royal Enfield? The Bike has not even completed 3000km wherein the same problem has occured 2 time within 15 days. This concludes there is major manufacturing defect in the Vehicle. When running on Highway the vehicle lever has broken and vehicle has come to 1st gear suddenly - somehow I have managed to save my life. This is a very serious issue and I have lost complete faith on Royal Enfield & do not want to drive the same bike again. I offer you two options to conclude this huge error which could have cost my life on the highway: 1) Take the bike and hand over back my money ( Royal Enfield is free to cut whatever amount they want to cut for 3, 000km usage ) 2) Replace the complete bike.
