Dear RE team,
I own a classic 350 purchased in July 2013.
After having owned 3 other bike's, like many RE fanz, it was a dream come true for me & I did enjoy a few good rides on it.
Ever since my bike passed the 10k km mark, my experience has changed. The intervals to the service station has been frequent, all due to various issues.
In less than a year my clutch cable snapped, my battery died, fuel pump issue & now I have a engine problem which is still in diagnosis with a authorized service partner. The saddest part is all this trouble with 14k kms on the speedometer & its only been 1500kms since my last service.
I feel completely let down & dejected by the above facts & issues, since I had a strong belief on RE for its reputation for quality & durability. We pay atleast 50% more than any other top end Indian 2wheeler, wait 6 months for delivery & this is what we get??
My bike (TN 66 J 4995) is yet to be fixed & lies at the mercy of your partner Sairam Autocraft, Mahadevapura, Bangalore.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously & I will appreciate a reply from your concerned authorities on the above issues. Thank You
