Last day I have given my vehicle for servicing at Bowenpally Hyderabad, there was no much staff and the person who had taken my vehicle assured me that I will be receiving the call by 11am to 12pm and in that call we will tell you what all problems my vehicle have and will provide the amount details.
I waited for the entire day but there was no call, then in the evening I have called from my side to the service center and a person name Ravi Lifted my call.
I asked the status of my bike, but Ravi was totally frustrated as they received 44 vehicles for the day. Because of 44 vehicles his mood was totally off and with this off attitude he is handling the customers.
Ravi had spoken to me in harsh manner and being an customer why should I suffer with his frustration.
why I should suffer a staff frustration and being a employee why is he showing frustration to customers.
Do Royal Enfield staff shows the same frustration to all the customers this is what I want to ask, if yes please ask the customers to not visit any service center.
