Royal Enfield — Harassment of buyer and delivery issue

I booked a bike on 10th June from RH AUTOMOBILE durgapur fireball green and the date of delivery was 8th September now RE is playing saying call support call showroom I emailed the coo and ceo including the asm of RE but no response all they have is production delay

If RE cannot be on commitment then they should halt the booking and then once the production is proper they should resume.
The RE has no rights to play with the consumer mental health
