This prolonged waiting period, with no communication or explanation, has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

As a loyal customer of Empire Motors, I have always appreciated the level of service and professionalism displayed by your team. However, this recent incident has tarnished my perception of your service center, as it falls far short of the standards I have come to expect.
