Royal Enfield — I am unable to get my bike serviced under warranty | |||
Dear sir/madam. I had purchased a Royal Enfield Himalayan bike from Mount Bird Anantnag (exclusive store for Royal Enfield in Anantnag)in which i had faced a issue of burning engine oil within days.. now after a year when i approached the above named dealer he asked me to fill bike with new Engine Oil and see what will happen later.. after servicing that time i went for a ride for only one month and later found that engine oil has got emptied in my bike.. upon complaint in the above named service center they told me to keep my bike in the service center as it has a problem of Gas kit and Cylinder.. so i kept my bike there and went . After couple of months when parts came to the service centre, now they are saying that bike is not in warranty.. which is not true . My bike is having a warranty upto 30/08/2021 as per the Documents.. Myself being a wage earner/ Daily wager cant afford such a amount.. Kindly help Regards Aqib nisar R/o Sarnal Anantnag Phone no.
