I'm complaining about the bad behaviour of RE staff Sunita who sits on counter at RE showroom sector 10 Noida 201301. We booked a motorcycle "Bullet Classic 350 chestnut" for my sister marriage and we told them we will take the delivery on April near about navratri but they continue call my brother in law to take the delivery as the bike has arrived or else they will cancel the booking. My brother in law told me about this so I called the showroom about this and they said they will not call again on that number but they did not stop and call continous basis. My father was irritated so he decided to take the delivery before the delivery date as they were calling continous to my brother in law so we went to the showroom to take the delivery but they said we delivered the bike to someone else and we do not have the bike at this time. My father whom age is 60 is a high blood pressure patient so he insisted to take the delivery now but RE staff was misbehaving with him I asked them is this kind of customer service you provide, You don't know how to treat a customer. A customer is a god for seller and you are treating us like this. You could easily say sorry to us and nothing would happen. But she only know how to misbehave 😑.
