Royal Enfield — I'm complaining for bad service at workshop

Very disappointed with service I got from Platinum royal Enfield workshop near Fatimanagar pune. Staff of this workshop is useless. I request the higher authorities to please take some action against the staff. For 30 mins work these staff took my almost 1;30 hours also nothing is available at the workshop. I took my bike servicing. On Saturday one of employee took my details on ### of paper instead of tablet. In the evening staff called me to inform that bike clutch wire is damaged and needs to be replaced so told him to replace in front of me next day. Next day. On Sunday when I arrived to receive my bike techinican said it will take around 45-50 min to replace I said ok. After almost 2-3 hours the bike was ready only the washing was left. But unfortunately there was some problem with shower of washing pipe so the manager told it will take time to replace. So told him that I will. Come next day for washing as I have already wasted my half of the day there... So today when I went fir washing it was only 15 mins work.. But staff took almost 2-3 hours for washing. Almost such a pathetic washing. After washing polish was not available in fact they should told me before washing I would washed my bike outside. Also I there was scratches on bike when. I asked they told it was there before the bike came for servicing. These guys does not accept there failure. Only one thing they know to say SORRY SIR. Bro saying soory does not help needs to take some action... All i want to say these is worst experience... Plz plz take some action against these guys
