Royal Enfield — Issue with my new BS-VI Bike Bullet 350 EFI | |||
Dear Royal Enfield, I purchased your product in last year July -2020 with Chassis Number ME3U3K5F1LG691169. This product is the worst product. After purchasing this product, On 01.01.2021. this was under breakdown in the middle of my Journey and due to unavailability of spares it was taken 15 days to repair. After four months it was again breakdown with same problem (ECU issue) for 15 to 20 days. Now on dated 06.08.2021 this is again under breakdown with engine issue. Run only 7767 KM. So now service provider said that it will take 20 days more to repair. Now I want to replace this product with new, otherwise I will go to consumer court and file a case again royal Enfield.
