I am writing this email to bring to your attention the low mileage of my Royal Enfield bike. I purchased the bike 6 months ago and have already done two services, but I am disappointed to note that the mileage is still very low.
I am a loyal customer of Royal Enfield, and I have always admired the brand for its quality and durability. However, the low mileage of my bike has been causing me a lot of inconvenience, as I need to frequently refuel my bike, which is not only time-consuming but also expensive.
I have taken good care of my bike and have followed all the recommended maintenance procedures. Despite that, I am getting a mileage of only 21 which is far less than what was promised by the company.
I request you to look into this matter urgently and resolve the issue at the earliest. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to rectify the problem and restore my faith in the brand.
