Subject: Manufacturing defect in RE bike DL7SCK9458
Hi Royel Enfield Team,
Today again my Royal enfield bike towed to service centre for repair for clutch and gear issue. This is forth time same thing happened with bike. I purchased this bike from Amar Autos laxmi nagar Delhi in Dec 2020 and this issue started to happen after 5 days of purchase only when this bike first time towed.
This bike became emberssment for me that I have to call crane service everytime to tow this bike. Request you to replace this bike with similar model or I am ready to pay some extra to buy upgraded model or return this bike. But please take away this bike as I don't want to spend my life in service centre and pay charges every time for this crap bike. Also please ensure that repair of this bike is covered in warranty as this is manufacturing defect and keep on repeating after few months . If I don't get proper resolution then I will take this case in consumer forum. Was this information helpful? |
