Royal Enfield — Manufacturing defect Instrument cluster

Hi Team,
I have purchased a Royal Enfield Himalayan last year February 2021. I found the Instrument cluster had fog issue after a rainy day in September 2021 . I reported the issue to the near by service centre the person who attended the issue his name is Mr.Chandrashekhar, he checked the bike and informed me its a manufacturing defect and currently there is not stock available and it will be replaced once the stock is available and I have been following him since 6 months . A month later again I checked with and he informed me we need a proof of the fog and I waited for a rainy day the fog has formed and I took the bike to the service Center located in Mosque, Chandhok centre, Thousand light, chennai - 600 006. I took a video of the instrument cluster In front of Mr chandrashekar as he instructed to do. I kept on following to check the availability of stock and finally the stock was available when I took by bike for third service on 3rd of March 2022. He informed me that it would be replaced later the evening o received a call from the service centre saying it couldn’t be replaced and they don’t find the fog now. Only when it rains the fog is formed. I went to the revive centre and showed them proof of video. Taken infront of their employee. Another person Mr Krishna came to attend the issue at the first instance he is not even ready to hear the issue and simply said it cannot be replaced and I won’t believe the video because you might have taken from another bike and he is not even ready to ask his own employeeMr chandrashekar who addressed the issue. At first the employee Me chandrashekar should have guided me to take the video with bike no and chasis no which he failed to do so and later the mr krishna who addressed should learn the meaning of customer service he was very rude yelling at me and I was literally harassed . It’s a manufacturing defect if there is no fog in summer it’s obvious only if rains then issue arises they tried using water wash for 5mins and o really don’t know how could they compare a rain with water wash for 5mins could have formed the fog. Finally another person informed me I have warranty till 2023 and again if fog is formed I have to take the bike to service centre and take a video infront of them and the video which has vechicle no and chasis no . Why couldn’t they informed the same thing when I reports first 6months back . Purchasing a bike with hard earned money and getting harassed and by the service centre guy is not acceptable . There is no proper chancel for communication in the service centre and there is no proper hierarchy to handle the escalation . They are so rude and don’t behave professional to address a customer issue. I will not leave this issues I will take it legally as well as take it the social media . I have the proof of video sent to the employee Mr chandrasekar to his Wats app number. And I’m not a mad to take it to service centre to replace the instrument cluster when it’s working fine unless I have issue and it’s a manufacturing defect.
