Royal Enfield — Misbehave with customer . | |||
Sir, i am a coustomer of Royal Enfield in june 2020 i purchase a motorcycle from Royal Enfield acording to their system my second service date is 2nd December 2020 bt you know, that time the pandemic situation of our state due to covid-19 and my one family member was covid positive that time so i missed the second service date! So they are not giving me my second service so i tell them i want to make a conversation with your manager, bt they refused me so many time and misbehave with me then i was just captured a picture of their service center manager so they are going rude on me and security gurd push me two times and one guy and manger threatening me you just wait i am gonna show you my power!... Sir, i want to ask you is this the perfect manner to treat a coustomer like this in our state i am a B.A student i felt so guilty about this the manager behave like he is something and we are nothing..they are insulting me so bad i dont know what to do...!please help me out of this shameful situatation. Later, self start was not working sometimes, and i used to manage with kick start.
On Jan 31st 2021, self start stopped working and kick start made lot of metel sound., i called the road side service and the customer are sent a guy to fix the issue., the road side service guy advised me to go to the showroom and check completely.
The showroom people checked my bike and said bike is good.
After some days, the self start did not work again.
I also sensed excess of heat from engine for 10 mins of driving.
Its not more than 2 months that i was facing
all these problems with my bike.
The bike registration number also was pending.
So i just went to the showroom and gave the bike and keys and requested for a new bike.
The bike is still there in showroom for almost a week now.
