Royal Enfield — Misbehaviour by sales executive | |||
Sir, I'm working in Indian Air Force, 5BRD Air Force Sulur. I had booked a Royal Enfield meteor on 21 Nov 20 (BKG006182CD00534) at Bullmenn Motors Coimbatore. I have been trying to contact the showroom since the time I booked the vehicle. To my surprise I would like to inform you that no one tried to attend my call. . Somehow I managed to contact the dealer on the delivery of the vehicle. I was informed that the vehicle would be delivered on 20th or 21st of Jan 21. Today I called my customer executive Mr. Babu.His mobile number is[protected]. After calling a number of times he called me back. I expressed my concern to him. I told him that I would come to the show room to address my problem. He was so arrogant that he threatened me to come to my premises and manhandle me. As a valuable customer I would like to inform you that he may be advised and taught how to deal with customers. The action taken in this regard may please be intimated to me.
