Hi this is masuth, I got a new bike Royal Enfield himalayan granite Black on 19/01/2022 with full payment 2.61 L. I'm facing lot of issue on this bike that i never expected. 1. Rear tire wobbling too high wich may pull ride side whenever on riding and also when I leave throttle, bike suddenly getting too slow and sudden stop without applying breakers. It's because of the rear breakers touches on disk plate while the tire hub wobbling. 2.key lock issue. Sometimes key locked that i can't even take lock or on/off the bike in anyway.
3.fuel meter won't work properly.
4.heavy brake and middle suspention noise
I told all these complaints to tirupattur (tirupattur district) tamilnadu, royal Enfield showroom where I got this bike before registration also I paid full payment. they told me they will clear all these issues. But they doesn't clear anything. I'm facing these problems again and again. I went to showroom many times I had completed first service too but no use. They won't clear anything because I'm facing all these problems again and again. And now I saw the front tire and hub wobbling too high.
My questions are;
How can a customer ride safely if he/she face this kind of issues?
How can a sales manager deliver the bike without checking properly?
How can i go anywhere without bike because they took long time to solve it but till they won't solve any issue whenever I ask they telling me that, they will clear till they won't.
I'm seeking help from royal Enfield head office please kindly take my complaints
and solve it as soon as possible.
