Royal Enfield — No information regarding hsrp and rc

I got delivery of my Meteor 350 supernova blue on 27 march 2022 and was promised that the hsrp and rc will be issued and provided after 7-10 days of delivery but till date it's more than 1 month and I haven't received any information regarding it. I tried all my efforts but nothing is happening from the dealer side. Their service workshop located next to showroom has contacted me to come twice for first service but they say that they don't know anything about HSRP and RC. I don't know what to do now. Kindly help me in this regard.
