Royal Enfield — Not resolving the problem just fixing it temporarily saying we have solved it

I have purchased a royal enfield classic 350 classic ash in 2015 from royal enfield show room at, shop no. 6 & 7, imperial plaza, 27th & 30th road junction, linking road, opp. Bandra hindu association, bandra west, mumbai, maharashtra 400050 in only three months i faced a problem with my bike there is an issue with engine noise. When i showed dealer the issue i m facing he showed me ishna wheels serivces center people they opened the entire engine with the brand new bike they returned the bike saying they have fixed the issue but from that day onward i m facing the same issue.
