Royal Enfield — Not satisfied with service and a compliant against dealer and service centers

Royal Enfield Continental GT650 is my bike. I Bought my GT650 on 28th of august 2021.

[ Incident - 1 ]

It's been 2 years, 1 month and 22 days so far. on 28th august 2021 I got delivered My new Continental GT 650 in Bangalore CVS motors Kalyan Nagar, On delivery I started noticing small rusted part on the handle bar As well as silencer, Later in 2021 August 30 after 2 days of delivery there was issue with my electrical harness and the engine misfire. After complaining the same to the sales advisor from CVS motors, the Technical team from Royal Enfield changed the handle bar and a few parts of my engine like suppressor cap and electrical parts under warranty in CVS service centre Bangalore and solved my problem by doing simple hacks which didn't last long.

[Incident - 2]

I was on my ride to Andhra Pradesh from Karnataka for about 250 KMS, I had a bad incident on September 1st 2020. It was the same issue with my engine misfiring and electrical problem with kill switch trouble, complained to Royal Enfield and got it resolved by paying 740 RS in Thump and threads, Hindupur. (Technical team said the problem is due to the suppressor and battery.)

Again on 2021 October it's a repeated complaint. I was in Pune this time and had faced the same issue, I had got it resolved by Platinum auto, Hadapsar. (Technical team said the problem is due to water entering the battery and a problem with the suppressor.)

[Incident - 4]

2022 June while I was on a ride from Pune to Anantapur, It was a same feeling of misfiring and engine turning off automatically, The feel Ref to Incident 1 and 2. I had complained to customer care and helped me with the RSA team to pullover the bike to Anantapur. ( Technical team said problem was due to over heat and they have changed the suppressor and I had wobbling issue which was solved).

[ Incident -5]

2022 on 10th of February due to some technical problem from Ref to all 4 incidents, I have complained regarding my bend pipe and the silencer discoloration due to redness. I have claimed for the warranty.

Please help me with this case to replace my bike under warranty
