Hi Team,
My odometer of my new bike is not working from day 1, after my first service it was replaced but the problem is still persisting, i have complained this on my second service and the supervisor claims it is a faulty part and they cannot do much on this case as they have many bikes with this problem and cannot be fixed. I spoke to manager and he is yet to come back to me, as he claims this part is out of stock. Service station and showroom people are least bothered to know or fix the problem. In 3 months this part is replaced twice on a new bike and the problem is still persisting. I would like to know if there is something i can do to teach the service station guys a lesson to get the pride of my bike back. I will go to any extent to get this problem fixed. I would also like to file a case for harassing the customer and playing with emotions.
