Today i have my bike for service in east india agro industries pvt ltd.
59b, matheswartala road (china town), kolkata -700046.

This was a paid service i have been promised to get the vehicle delivery at 5:30 pm but unfortunately they have started to do water wash at 6:30 pm followed by teflon polish which dragged another 40 mins approx.

Since the counter for the billing will be closed i was asked to pay for the bills before bike is delivered. now i got scratches on bike with no option left.

Either the fix the scratches on my bike or i am filling a consumer complaint with the bills and pictures.

Either fix the scratches on my bike or I am filling a consumer complaint with the bills and pictures. Also going to tweet about the service so that no one else goes through the issue what I am facing today.
