Royal Enfield — Pathetic experience with royal enfield servicing in vijayawada (mahalakshmi motors | |||||
Hello Team, I own a Royal Enfield ( Electra 350 cc ) and I am proud to be part of Royal Enfield Family. I had lot of struggle to get my Royal Enfield as I am passionate to drive it. I had a bad experience with the service I got when I went for paid servicing in Vijayawada ( Mahalakshmi Motors ). I see major security breach which is being appreciated by manager itself. I got my bike with a different key which was working to unlock my ignition. Surprised to know that we can unlock the ignition with any other Royal Enfield key. When I asked for the same I got to know that it’s a known issue in Royal Enfield and can be ignored. I am tangled to understand a company like Royal Enfield have such an arrogant employees who cannot address my issue, Instead asking me to replace the key with my own expenses. Not sure the manager of Mahalakshmi Motors was not even aware of the issue till I brought into notice to him. Just want to understand that is that a really known issue for replacing the keys after service which was told to me by Royal Enfield Manager? If yes please let me know the same. Is this a Royal Enfield Norms or is that Mahalakshmi Motors prepared their own norms?
