Royal Enfield — poor service and poor customer service

Hi i bought a new classic 350 3months back. Now my odometer shows 8000kms, but from the 2nd service ( 6000kms) i am facing too many problems like unwanted engine noise, gear problem and chain noise. i contacted the nearby service center in coimbatore (peelamedu). they cant even identify the problem for more than 1week. later on they changed the chain, opened the engine and changed engine barring and crank adjusted. within in 2days of the service my clutch cable was broken while driving. again now self start is not working and if i press the self start button, am getting a huge breaking noise from the gear box. i contacted the service center for more than 10 times in this 3 weeks. There is no proper service, no use of feedbacks as i registered all the complains before. poor water service as they wash the bike without using foam. I am looking for a better solution. i am tired of contacting royal enfield again and again. please help me. Thanks

I got a call from the royal enfield manager. They are not ready to solve the issue. They said they can change the defective parts. but i cant accept it. i cant use my bike with patch works. brand new bike changed with lots of parts already due poor quality and manufacturing defect. why should i bear it for their mistakes. I cant drive the Royal Enfield bike with fear. Clutch cable was broken while i was driving within 2days of the service, but the company said no warranty for such cables itseems. If i die will the company will change my life as well. I need someone to resolve this issue. my life matters. I need my bike to be replaced. 5 parts already changed. i cant change the parts again and again. company dont care about my life and my bike. Please help me thanks.
