Dear sir /Ma'am,
I own a 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan rock red. In the past few months, I've been facing the battery discharge issue and fuel motor problem very frequently. I've given by bike for the service regarding the same issue for. More than 8 times. Till date the issue was not rectified. The name of the dealership is Loya Motors, Bhopal. It seems that the dealer is not very much interested in solving the problem, rather considering handing over the bike as the most important. This poor service from such a renowned brand seems very illegitimate to me and depressing. My trip to service seems a never ending process and they don't seem to consider this an issue. I have come to a phase where taking my vehicle 2 kms away from home seems a fear considering the vehicle's unpredictable nature. I've even changed the battery of the vehicle upon the dealer's advice and two days after the change the bike's battery got discharged. If this is the service that you have to offer. I really have nothing other than sueing the company against the poor standard servicing and dealing. I expect that the unlike your service centers, people at Royal Enfield will have the calibre or need to restore company's name in market.
