[Resolved] Royal Enfield — Poor Service Quality & Bike Quality | |||
Hello, I thank the company for keeping the spirit alive of such a beautiful motorcycle. I recently got hands on my much awaited Classic 500 cc, had to wait for over 2 months. I have been riding the machine for daily commuting and weekend rides. It has been 20 days and my first service was due as I drove over 500 kms during this 'Honeymoon Period". I had the first problem with the Mirrors of the motorcycle, the mirrors are convex but the image is not clear at all. I am an Engineer and I know what convex mirrors are but the image is nowhere to 'visible'. The products used in the motorcycle are of poor quality. The question is to the company- WHY SHOULD ANYONE SPEND SO MUCH MONEY FOR AN AVERAGE PIECE OF MACHINE? I took it to the service centre(Lamba Enterprises) in Subhash Nagar, West Delhi. I must express my feeling on this whole 'Servicing' scenario. Firstly, I want to know what is the meaning of a Free Service if we are paying for everything except the labour(mere amount of Rs400). I have seen the labour/mechanic working on a bike, the service is not upto the mark at all. It is a PAID SERVICE and the motorcycle should come out flawless. After a day or two, I started experiencing a problem with the throttle of my motorcycle. It is not going beyond 70km/hr. Then one fine evening it stopped getting started. The motorcycle just won't start. I called the service centre and I asked them to come to the site and help me, they denied straight away and told me to come to service centre and get it checked. The question is "HOW?" In short- There is no support from the authorised dealers or service centres of ROYAL ENFIELD. Every person at the service centre is not satisfied by the work. I sincerely request the company to take action against this particular service center and please guide me for the future. I am not at all happy spending so much on this machine and still not getting any service in return. I buy bullet standard 350 from lamba in 16 days i visit lamba for abs light problem 5 times and now today again going what d hell is this please help royal Enfield
