Royal Enfield — Pressure on me to purchasing the accessories from the showroom

As I know that there is no rule of purchasing accessories from the showroom only but they are denying from this and putting pressure on me to purchasing the accessories from showroom only and they're taking some extra charges for rto bike registration.
