Dear Sale / Service Managers,
I would like to bring one important thing into your notice that, i have baught a Royal Enfield standard vehicle in the month of June from Manmohan Auto station. Unfortunately due to heavy rain in month of aug it got spoil. I visited the manmohan service station paied 4300 inr to resolve the issue. Since that day engine is releasing engine oil due to mistake while re assembling the parts.
Again i visited after couple of days since observing the issue. I explained them everything, payed them the money again. I came back home.
I saw it again engine is still releasing engine oil.
Now my few questions to the higher management :-
It was my dream to own a standerd Royal. For a person who is from middle class it's a big amt 1.70 lakhs that we pay, which is okay.
Is your product really that week that it can't be repaired. ?? Or you have deployed people in service who are not skilled enough to treat such issues. ???
Your product is giving complaints so frequently is in your notice.????
I paid for first service ...hope everyone does.
I paid second time, when issues came to seen.
Second service is not done yet.
Really it's Roal ...
Pls some one from higher management call me, i don't have to argue with people from manmohan singh station. I guess they only worth / know ..how to do first service.
