Hi,
I purchased one Royal Enfield Meteor, Stellar Blue color from Sai Ram Autocrafts, Bangalore in November 2022.
It's been 1 year of the purchase still haven't received my RC card. On m-parivahan app, i can see my RC has been registered to a different person.
On talking to showroom about this, every time they said it's a mistake from RTO end and it will be fixed in mext 15 days. It's been a year listening to same thing.
I raised a complaint with Royal Enfield Support (complaint number: CAS[protected]J2B0P1), but they are also of no help.
I urge Royal Enfield to take this matter seriously. This has been a really frustrating customer experience. Was this information helpful? |
