Below is the complaint against Royal Enfield India for not refunding my money.
I made my booking of Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 Baker Express on September 9th, 2021 paid an amount of 10000 Rs, at Royal Enfield Go Green Motors, Ramchandra Puram, Hyderabad.
The booking ID is: BKG005189DE00156
Salesperson name: HANUMANTH RAO.
As the motorcycle delivery is getting delayed I have canceled the booking on Jan 5th, 2022.
Since that day I have been following up on my refund amount by visiting the showroom and the SalesPerson was rude to me and said that "the system got hanged since the day of your cancellation" and dropped a number of emails to the Royal Enfield support. till date I have not received any of my money, when contacted customer care they said that "we are looking into the issue, it has been escalated, concerned person is on leave. blah blah., .. " they have given all the reasons they can but they couldn't resolve the issue.
The motorcycle advance booking document and Cancellation receipt have been attached to the complaint.
I also have a complete Email thread with a number of emails.
As I have lost patience and contacted the Consumer complaints. hoping that I get my hard-earned money back.
