Dear RE Team
My wife booked a Meteor 350 Fireball Red Model on 27.08.2021 in akon Royal Enfield showroom in Arni. It was booked after confirming the urgent delivery. RE showroom confirmed that they have the bike standby and will deliver in a week, because they have the bike in Warehouse.
Until October they didn't deliver the bike so we cancelled the bike and we gave a letter for refund. More than 4 month i didn't receive my refund.
As a customer I want to know what the refund policy in RE
How long I need to wait for the refund please confirm the refund date
this is how RE treats their customers. i didn't expect this from RE team
kindly find the relevant documents for payments.
Note:
i tried to contact the store manager but he didn't pick the call and the salesman only kept on attending the and told the manager was on lunch break, manager not available in store. Manager can't speak right now, he is busy etc
